Growth: Paint & Plant Creative Experience

Create something. Nurture something. Let it grow.

The Paint & Plant Creative Experience is part of Where Stillness Grows and represents Growth, the final concept of the collection.

Session Details

• Date: Saturday, 5 December

• Time: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Location: Brunswick East, Melbourne. (The exact address will be sent to participants.)

• A calendar invite will be sent to participants.

It is a guided creative activity where participants will paint their own pot by following a LinaMar-inspired design and then repot a baby aloe vera plant to take home.

The experience connects creativity with nature and provides an opportunity to slow down, create something with your hands and learn the basics of repotting and caring for a plant.

No previous painting or planting experience is required.

What Participants Will Do

PAINT

Participants will be guided step by step to paint their own pot using colours, shapes and fluid forms inspired by the visual language of Where Stillness Grows.

There will still be space to personalise the colours and details, but the activity will follow a guided creative concept.

PLANT

Participants will repot a baby aloe vera into their finished pot and learn the basics of caring for it.

Aloe vera was selected because it is a resilient plant associated with care and soothing, connecting naturally with the themes of the collection.

TAKE IT HOME

Each participant leaves with:

• Their hand-painted pot.

• A baby aloe vera plant.

• Basic plant-care knowledge.

• Their own completed piece to continue nurturing at home.
