The original artwork is a visual representation of how I experience my internal landscape. It maps the places where I feel pain, not from a place of suffering, but from recognition. It is about acknowledging these parts of the body, accepting their presence, and learning to care for them without resistance or judgement, while holding onto the hope that healing is possible.

Reimagined as a wearable design, Internal Landscape is a reminder to listen to the body with compassion, honour what it is communicating, and approach ourselves with care rather than judgement.
